Brand new and beautiful 5 bed / 3 bath home with an open floor plan. Great for multiple families, large families or even small families to each have their own space. House is central to everything on the Bolivar Peninsula (restaurants, The Big Store, liquor store, golf cart rentals). Walkable private access to the beach (5-7 minutes) as well as golf cart beach access (<5 minutes) all within the subdivision. Forget walking though, drive on the beach with access that is a 3-5 minute drive so you can bring everything with you!

This house has it all! Sleeps 16 with plenty of space for everyone in this 5 bedroom (9 beds), 3 bathroom house. We are kid and pet friendly (pets must be approved prior to stay). Inside is equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen with Keurig Duo (drip and K-cup) coffee maker, pots/pans, dishes, and all your cooking and eating utensils, free highspeed WiFi, huge 65 inch 4K TV in the living area, giant 55 inch Roku 4K TV upstairs, extra large 45 inch Roku 4K TVs in the bedrooms, indoor games (mini classic NES Nintendo, Uno, Jenga, Taboo, etc.), linens, and towels. The house is so big the kids can play upstairs or in any room and grown ups enjoy the living/kitchen area on the main floor.

But who wants to stay inside while you're at the beach? Head to the beach (minutes to walk-on/golf cart or car drive-on beach access) with our supplied beach chairs, wagon, coolers, umbrella, and outdoor beach friendly games like cornhole, ladders, and large Jenga. Then, after your fun day at the beach, rinse off at our private outdoor sand shower below the house and relax at the Tiki bar below while grilling on the gas grill and continuing the friendly competition by playing outdoor games! Or enjoy the large outdoor deck upstairs taking in the peek-a-boo ocean views and continuing to feel the cool ocean breeze with plenty of seating on the outdoor couch, large wood chairs or lay out in the sun on the chaise lounge.

You will have private use of the entire house and property during your stay and as you can see we have provided everything for you to relax and enjoy! So come enjoy the endless beaches of Crystal Beach and your stay at Family Seacret!
